Power 2023 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) Study, released today. The annual study analyzes over 33,754 guest responses to survey questions and benchmarks 102 hospitality companies across nine market segments to measure guest satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty.
